Farmers’ Markets pique my interest.
They are exciting because I never really know what I’m going to find. I am on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), so I love all of the fresh veggies. Plus, the prices are usually lower than in the grocery stores, everything tastes better because it is in season and I like to support the local farmers.
I live in the Southern California west valley region, so here’s a list of my local farmers’ markets (most run year-around). I’m going to add this list to my other SCD food sources list.
